Why: Reejig’s brand identity was initially underdeveloped in its focus on the enterprise sector, and the messaging lacked clarity and cohesion. As the company underwent rapid growth, the formation of the first Product Experience team created the perfect opportunity to revisit and strengthen the brand's visual foundation. Our goal was to implement a well-structured system that would align with the company’s evolving needs and provide clear guidelines for consistency across all touchpoints.

How: After conducting a thorough audit of the existing brand guidelines, we identified key areas for visual improvement. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, and Senior Leadership, we addressed gaps in the brand’s identity. Using an iterative approach, we tested new concepts through existing briefs to refine and enhance the brand’s visual language and tone.

What: We developed and published a comprehensive set of brand guidelines, ensuring a cohesive and unified brand experience throughout the entire customer journey. This system became the foundation for all visual assets, supporting consistency across product, marketing, and sales.
